I get knocked down, however I rise up once more. The resurrection of Aussie Chardonnay, away from the largesse of the buttery and oaky numbers, to the subtlety and crafted guile of examples, the institution of cooler areas for similar – the place it belongs. 

Cool and creamy, delicate toast and spice from (20% new) high quality French oak. 

The proper prelude to a focussed palate, effectively pitched, delicate citrus and stonefruit. Somewhat extra acid would not go amiss for my liking. 91
